Pool Opening Packages

• Inground and Onground Base Package: Includes removal of winter cover, starting the filter system and checking operation, installing ladders and handrails, test‑firing the pool heater, and adding opening chemicals. Please note: Some pools are unique and require a special quote. If your pool has been closed for more than one winter season, a special quote will be required.
• Above Ground Package: Includes removal of winter cover, starting the filter system, installing ladder or steps, test‑firing the heater, and adding opening chemicals. Steps and ladder will be installed only if water is clear and free of debris. Please ensure the water level is raised just below the skimmer prior to our arrival. Pool Closing Packages

When the season ends, Crystal Pool and Spa also provides complete pool‑closing services to protect your investment through the winter months.

• Inground and Onground Base Package: Includes lowering water level, winterizing filter system and heater, adding anti‑freeze and winterizing chemicals, installing gizmos in skimmer and plugs in pool lines, removing ladder(s) and handrail, and securing the safety cover.
• Partial Closing Base Package: Includes blowing out lines, winterizing pump and filter, up to six gallons of anti‑freeze, and installing plugs and gizmos. Does not include cover installation or adding winter chemicals. Water level must be lowered prior to arrival. Discount not applicable on partial closings.
• Above Ground Package: Includes lowering water level, winterizing filter system and heater, removing ladder, installing ice equalizer, securing winter cover, and adding winterizing chemicals. Please ask about drop‑in step removal.

Cleaning and Maintenance Services

• Spring Check‑Up (March/April Only) — For inground pools with Loop‑Loc covers. Includes shock, algaecide, and a visual pool inspection.
• All‑Inclusive Inground Pool Maintenance Package — Includes opening, weekly vacuums, chemicals, and closing. Please call for a customized quote.
